In Rabat, ECA Trains Women Business Leaders on AfCFTA, Digitalization and Resilience to Climate Change

Rabat, October 15, 2024 (ECA): The ECA Office in North Africa will hold a capacity-building workshop for women-led SMEs on 16-19 October 2024 in Rabat, Morocco.

The training will benefit about 40 female heads of enterprises with a focus on best practices in export, digitization, and sustainable practices.

This workshop is part of a series of training courses initiated or scheduled to take place in Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia with the goal of contributing to the strengthening of the competitiveness and resilience of women led businesses.

The trainings aim to boost beneficiaries’ capacity to improve their access to export markets within the framework of the AfCFTA, strengthen their digital capacities and promote the adoption of sustainable and climate-resilient practices.
