18 February, 2022

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, 18 February 2022 (ECA) – The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, UN Women and UNFPA will host two high-level events on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5 in Africa during the 2022 Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development (ARFSD).

Both events will provide a knowledge-sharing platform on the coherent implementation of SDG 5 and Aspiration 6 of the African Union’s 2063 Agenda at the local, national and regional levels in the context of COVID-19 and building back better.
