Through high level meetings and consultations with Member States, pan African institutions, academia, and the private sector, ECA aims to ensure inclusive and harmonized policy frameworks to facilitate the equitable adoption and utilization of new and emerging technologies across African Member States.
Among TICID’s programme of work is the implementation of continental digital strategies within broader intergovernmental processes. Below are some of the key intergovernmental and multistakeholder processes shaping Africa’s digital future towards the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the African Union’s Agenda 2063.
