Jean-Paul Adam is the director of the Technology, Climate Change & Natural Resources Management Division at the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA). He was speaking ahead of the 9th session of the Africa Regional Forum on Sustainable Development (ARFSD2023) to be held in Niamey, Niger from 28 February to 2 March 2023.
