About the courses
We have three leadership programmes for people working in national statistical organisations, our core Statistical Leadership Training Programme; our Women into Leadership programme which is aimed at supporting better gender equality among managers; and our online Statistical Leadership Training Programme which can be completed in your own time.
Each one focusses on upskilling statistical leaders to deal effectively with the range of challenges faced by statistical organisations. It is designed to inspire positive change at the senior and middle management level.
Commitment
The e-learning course can be completed in your own time. It will take approximately 15-20 hours to complete. We estimate that most people finish all the content within five weeks.
Once you have finished you will be provided with a certificate of completion. The Statistical Leadership Training Programme and the Women into Leadership programme are both full-time one-week courses delivered in-country.
