Every day, over a million motorcycles move through Rwanda's streets — and for riders, one piece of equipment stands between life and tragedy: the helmet.

This ECA documentary follows Rwanda's journey to becoming home to Africa's first helmet testing facility, through the voices of the people making it happen — from moto riders in Kigali to the engineers at the Rwanda Standards Board ensuring every certified helmet meets international standards.
