The “Statistical Training Needs Assessment Tool,” also known as STAT, has been developed for National Statistical Offices to help them assess and analyze staff skills gaps and decide how to prioritize and meet competence development needs using different types of informal and formal learning approaches.

The webinar will introduce STAT and present experiences from countries that have started adopting it to strategically plan staff competence development to produce official statistics now and in the future.

The Webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, 08 October 2024, from 11.00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. EAT.
