Objective

The Sub-Regional Office for West Africa of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (SRO-WA/ECA) and The African Trade policy Center in collaboration with the Government of Liberia, through the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, AfCFTA Secretariat, UNDP, Liberia United Nations Coordination Office (UNRCO) and other partners, is organizing a three day’s Awareness Campaign to Kick off the implementation of the national strategy including capacity building to leverage from AfCFTA benefits and opportunities for businesses and industries in Liberia. This meeting will be held from August 12 to 14, 2025, in Monrovia, Liberia.

The awareness campaign seeks mainly to enhance national stakeholders’ awareness and boost Liberia’s exports of goods and services by targeting new markets and expanding its market share.
