Day 3 - Joint Session of the ICSOE for North and West Africa 2024

The ECA Offices for North and West Africa are holding the 39^th and 27^th Intergovernmental Committees of Senior Officials and Experts (ICSOE) for North and West Africa in Rabat, Morocco on 19 -21 November 2024.

This year’s edition of the joint ICSOE will take place under the theme: "Accelerating the implementation of the AfCFTA in North and West Africa through digital transformation and economic diversification".

This meeting will provide a platform for an evidence-based analysis of the situation and prospects of both subregions with regards to this topic and draw action orientated policies aiming at accelerating the implementation of AfCFTA through digital transformation and diversification.
