The fifty-eighth session of the Commission, including the annual meeting of the Conference of African Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, will be held from 25 to 31 March 2026 in Tangiers, in the Kingdom of Morocco, on the theme “Growth through innovation: Harnessing data and frontier technologies for Africa’s economic transformation”. 
The session will be preceded by the Committee of Experts and side events. The ministerial segment will include a high-level policy dialogue on the theme of the session, the annual Adebayo Adedeji Lecture, and round-table discussions on a series of sub-themes.
