The ALPC has commissioned a study on mainstreaming land policy and governance issues in CAADP processes and national agricultural investment plans. The main objective of the study was to review and analyze relevant programs, documents, frameworks, investment programs and initiatives in order to identify gaps in land issues, implications and entry points and provide guidelines for mainstreaming land policy and governance to ensure that land related issues and challenges are adequately addressed in programs of NPCA/CAADP and member countries.
The Democratic Republic of Congo was selected among the six countries by progress in the areas of Agriculture and Land.
The objective of the National Workshop is to discuss the provisions of the Business plan with the various stakeholders and proceed to its validation. The validated version will be submitted to ALPC for further action.
