The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (ECA)’s Strategic Planning, Oversight & Results Division (SPORD) in collaboration with the Human Resources Section/Organizational Development Unit (HR/ODU), is organizing an RBM workshop for Programme Management Officers (PMOs) and selected staff of ECA. The in-person workshop will take place in Lusaka, Zambia from 17- 20 January 2023.

Objectives of the workshop

The workshop is being organized to equip participants not only conceptually but also practically with RBM principles and practices enabling them to better apply them throughout the programme/project life cycle for achieving and demonstrating concrete results. It will also allow participants to better understand and implement the ECA Evaluation policy necessary for improving programme development and performance.
